Before returning your product to HazMatShower.com for repair please Submit form below. Return instructions and a valid Return Authorization number will be emailed back to you with shipping instructions or contact HazMatShower.com at 800-589-2849 for return authorization number and return instructions.

Many issues can be resolved without returning the product. Just submit a description of the issue in the comment box and a trained HazMatShower technician will respond with solutions and assistance.

New HazMatShower.com products found to be defective and within the limits of the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Copy of receipt must be included with your product.

All other repairs will be charged $40 / hour plus materials plus shipping charges. HazMatShower.com will contact you with estimated charges and for approval to repair your system before any work is completed. All repairs are made within the next business day of receipt of payment.

All returns to HazMatShower.com for repair must be returned postage paid. Collect shipments will be refused. Payment for return shipment to customers will be assessed to cover shipping and handling back to customer. All information for shipping will be e-mailed back to you after form has been submited.

Note: Hazmatshower.com is closed on weekends and holidays. Hazmatshower will respond within 24 hours of receiving your product.
